Body Awareness Coaching for Women
Learn to trust your instincts, set boundaries without apology, and finally hear what your body's been trying to tell you.
Your body has been speaking.
Beneath the noise. Beneath the shoulds. Beneath the stories you tell yourself about why you keep landing in the same relationships.
I work with women who sense there's something deeper than mindset shifts and communication tactics when it comes to creating relationships that nourish rather than drain.
Using a trauma-informed, somatic approach, I help you access the wisdom your body has been trying to share all along – about who is medicine for your soul and who is poison.
This isn't about fixing you. You were never broken. This is about clearing away what dimmed your light so you can hear your body's voice again.
About Corrina
I became a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach because I saw too many brilliant women struggling to translate what their bodies were trying to tell them. As someone trained in Chinese Medicine Bodywork, I recognized how past experiences become lodged in tissue and fascia. No amount of dating advice could solve these patterns.
My clients come to me when they're exhausted from choosing unavailable partners but can't seem to stop. They've done the therapy but still feel disconnected from pleasure and intimacy. They're in relationships but struggle with trust, co-regulation and deep connection. They sense their bodies know something their minds haven't caught up to yet.
Poetry saved me when logic failed. Through writing my book and facilitating shadow work, I discovered that our deepest truths often emerge not in complete sentences but in fragments, metaphors and spaces between words. I bring this poetic sensibility to my coaching. The ability to listen for what isn't being said. To recognize the rhythm of avoidance and the cadence of truth.
Drawing from my background in somatic practices - Qi Gong, Yoga, Holistic Nutrition - and the resilience gained through personal transformation, I offer a pathway that honors your body's wisdom rather than fighting against it. Divorce. Single parenthood of two boys. Finding genuine love again. These experiences weren't theoretical for me.
Through shadow work, I guide women to embrace the parts of themselves they've been taught to hide or reject. Our unloved aspects hold tremendous power. Our wounds contain our wisdom.

What Makes This Work Different
I don't believe you're broken. I don't believe you need to be fixed.
I believe your body has been speaking a language you were never taught to translate. I believe the patterns that keep showing up in your relationships are information, not evidence of failure.
I believe the parts of you that you've learned to hide or reject - the anger, the need, the desire, the fear - hold wisdom you need to access.
I believe you can learn to tell the difference between familiar (which feels like chemistry but might be trauma response) and safe (which feels unfamiliar but is actually where love can grow).
This work isn't about positive thinking or affirmations or willing yourself into better choices. It's about learning your body's language. Trusting what it's been trying to tell you. Building relationships from that embodied knowing instead of from patterns learned when you were too young to choose differently.
