About Corrina

You've spent years trying to understand why relationships follow the same painful patterns.

Why the ones who feel exciting are the ones who disappear. Why intimacy feels simultaneously desired and terrifying. Why your mind says "yes" but your body contracts.

These aren't character flaws or bad luck. They're the language of a nervous system carrying stories that need to be heard.

I became a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach because I saw too many brilliant women struggling to translate what their bodies were trying to tell them. As someone trained in Chinese Medicine Bodywork, I recognized how past experiences become lodged in tissue and fascia. No amount of dating advice could solve these patterns.

My clients come to me when they're exhausted from choosing unavailable partners but can't seem to stop. They've done the therapy but still feel disconnected from pleasure and intimacy. They're in relationships but struggle with trust, co-regulation and deep connection. They sense their bodies know something their minds haven't caught up to yet.

Poetry saved me when logic failed. Through writing my book and facilitating shadow work, I discovered that our deepest truths often emerge not in complete sentences but in fragments, metaphors and spaces between words. I bring this poetic sensibility to my coaching. The ability to listen for what isn't being said. To recognize the rhythm of avoidance and the cadence of truth.

Drawing from my background in somatic practices in Qi Gong, Yoga and Holistic Nutrition and the resilience gained through personal transformation, I offer a pathway that honors your body's wisdom rather than fighting against it. Divorce. Single parenthood of two boys. Finding genuine love again. These experiences weren't theoretical for me.

Through shadow work, I guide women to embrace the parts of themselves they've been taught to hide or reject. Our unloved aspects hold tremendous power. Our wounds contain our wisdom.

I AM NOT INTERESTED IN HOW SPIRITUAL YOU ARE HOW YOUR GURU SINGS. I WANT TO KNOW CAN YOU SIT ON THE PORCH AND SCREAM INTO THE RAIN

What did you cry for on the linoleum

do your children know you

what did you do after the blackest time of your life

and did you notice the new cedar buds today.”

— Corrina Snow

This work isn't just theoretical for me. I've lived it. As have the hundreds of women I've guided through the process of decoding the messages their bodies have been sending for years. Distinguishing between real connection and familiar trauma bonds. Building relationships where both partners' nervous systems support rather than trigger each other. Reclaiming their capacity for pleasure, trust and genuine intimacy.

The journey isn't always comfortable. It can be terrifying. Exhilarating. Necessary.

Your body holds both the wound and the healing. I'm here to help you listen to what it's been trying to tell you all along.
