I chose this location for our first retreat because place matters so much.
I have taken my great loves: Healing Arts, Hiking, the water, and writing and coaching to form this retreat. Add in love of good food, beautiful surroundings, good people, nightly fires and you have a recipe for a transformative journey.

Every adventure begins with the word Yes.
I have both lead and been lead on many adventures. Hiking through Europe and South America, road tripping through Mexico and leading backpacking groups through Utah, Maine and Colorado.
What I always wanted more of on these adventures, was deep relaxation and writing reflection.
The Lake Willoughby Retreat is about a synergy of Healing, Exploring and Reflection
Introvert and Extrovert friendly alike. Time to write and share, space to adventure and time to nurture. Refreshing and Invigorating, the perfect antidote for the last year and a half.
About Corrina.
I began leading backpacking groups in 2005, after an intensive year of Outdoor Education in New England. I lead backpacking trips all over the US, while exploring on my own on solo trips, and with friends.
In 2009, I began my journey into the Healing Arts, studying Asian Medicine and Amma Therapy, a form of Chinese Massage. I quickly became engrossed in the healing arts, and deeply immersed myself in body western and eastern herbs, and holistic care for areas most people sought medications or more invasive treatment for. I began to learn my own body and my own cycles, finding what worked for me in my own healing.
Becoming pregnant and having our two sons was hugely impactful for me energetically. I began to learn and trust my own intuition-to step into my power, and to learn that I was an empath, and had special abilities to feel and sense. I began using my abilities in my practice, and quickly got incredible results.
As a healing arts practitioner, a guide and a mindset coach, I help you get out of your own way, so you can be a leader in your community, your family, or in your business. I work with many women and non-binary people in business. Business is incredibly empowering, and can be a great source of light and creativity for independent, free-thinking people.
Retreats have always held a special place for me. I am honored and humbled to be hosting the first Ripple Effect Retreat.
