Before I began doing mindset work, I would periodically be lost in brain fog, dancing around depression, or locked into future anxiety.
This is big work. Scary stuff for a lot of us. I hung on to each and every one of these with tooth, nail and claw. That control one still gets me. But when we begin to peel back the layers of what IS actually holding us back, the new self that emerges from this place is going to be the one that is the real business goddess.
The words you use matter. The very first piece I look at when I begin working with you is HOW you are speaking about yourself, your work, your hopes and dreams. I LISTEN to every single word. And within those words, I can discern where your blocks and limits are, and how I can best support you. And I am excellent at it.

I have been a holistic health practitioner for ten years.
Before that, I facilitated outdoor education groups, guided backpacking trips and taught experiential education.
